Our new nephew is here!

Just wanted to say congratulations to Erin, Mario, and Mariah who celebrated the arrival of their new baby boy yesterday! It was quite a surprise, as he is here 5 weeks early! He was born at 2:58 pm, weighs 4 lbs. 13 oz., and is 18.5 inches long. Erin and Mario haven't decided on a name for their handsome little man yet, but as soon as they do I'll fill you in. Ryan and I can't wait to meet our new nephew!!

Update: He has a name! Landon James Perez. SO adorable!
